ProArt Print materials

ProArt Print are light-cured resin materials for stereolithography 3D printing. They are designed for use with the PrograPrint PR5 3D printer to produce accurate, dimensionally stable printed objects. Process-supporting materials enable the manufacture of opaque models, transparent splints (e.g. bruxer splints), drill templates and objects for the fabrication of pressed restorations.

ProArt Print Model

ProArt Print Model is an opaque-beige coloured material designed for the production of a variety of models. Implant models, models for the fabrication of vacuum-formed splints and filled/hollow models with removable dies can be fabricated. The material is versatile and comfortable to work with because its colour and texture are very similar to conventional plaster.

ProArt Print Wax

ProArt Print Wax burns out without leaving residue and is therefore especially suited for the manufacture of pressed objects. ProArt Print Wax is the ideal auxiliary for use in the press technique with IPS e.max Press. This press ceramic is suitable for both monochromatic and polychromatic restorations as well as for implant restorations and allows the fabrication of individual inlays, onlays, crowns and bridges. ProArt Print Wax can also be employed to print wax trees with the help of the Digital Wax Tree software add-on.

ProArt Print Splint

PrograArt Splint is suited for the manufacture of occlusal splints, drilling templates and try-in bases for fixed and removable prosthetics. The printed objects are distinguished by good polishing properties, high translucency and strength, without being brittle.

Engineered to meet dental needs

High precision is one of the requirements of a 3D printer in a dental laboratory. As a complete system with a validated workflow and special LED light source, the PrograPrint system is distinguished by the highest level of precision for your dental laboratory.

PrograPrint Cure

The PrograPrint Cure is a LED light-curing unit designed for curing printed objects. The unit is characterized by its high light intensity. Reflective coating distributes the light evenly inside the curing chamber and ensures that the printed objects are optimally illuminated.
The printed objects can be left on the build platform of the PrograPrint PR5 whilst they are being cured: The curing chamber offers sufficient space for both of them.
PrograPrint Cure provides a consistently high light intensity and can therefore also be used for curing light-curing lab composite, e.g. SR Nexco®. Pre-set curing programs provide a high level of user comfort. Users can also set up their own programs for other materials they may want to cure in the unit.
